Shipping & Orders

How much does shipping cost, and how do I get free shipping?

We offer free shipping in Canada on all orders of $100 or more. For all other US orders, there is a flat rate of $7.95 (Quebec and Ontario) or $9.95 (Rest of Canada)

How long does shipping take?

Canada orders typically arrive within 3 - 5 business days from the Shipping Confirmation email. Your order will be there before you know it! 

In rare occasions, we may ship your order from the nearest international warehouse (free of charge to you, of course) when an item is out of stock in our Canadian warehouses. In this case, your order may arrive in 5 - 8 business days if there are no delays at customs.

For standard international orders - packages usually arrive in the destination country within 5 - 10 business days, but customs and inspections could delay the delivery by an additional 2 weeks.

For expedited international orders - packages usually arrive in the destination country within 4 - 6 business days, but customers and inspections could delay the delivery by an additional week. 

Please note, transit times may vary based on a few different factors, including the shipping method, destination and purchase date Other factors - such as federal holidays and inclement weather – may also impact the transit time of your order.

Do you ship internationally?

We'll get our products to you, wherever you are in the world. We recommend shopping our International Store for reduced shipping rates.

How can I edit or cancel my order?

Need to change your size or shipping address, or need to cancel your order? Please use our self-serve app within 1 hour of placing your order. Any changes after 1 hour aren't guaranteed, but don't worry, you'll be covered under our Return Policy.

What is your return policy?

Fewer returns = lower costs for us = lower prices for you. That’s pretty much the whole idea.

Order 2 or more units, no free return/exchange and deductions will apply.

What are your garment care instructions?

We designed our garments to be as low maintenance as possible, which is why they have very easy care instructions:

  • Wash on cold with like colors
  • Line dry (our performance fabric is quick-drying). If you must tumble dry, please use low heat for 10 minutes only.
  • Do not iron, bleach or dry clean
  • Avoid washing the garments with heavy or zippered items (like jackets or jeans) as they could snag or pull the fabric
