These All Citizens Gift Card Terms and Conditions (these “Gift Card Terms”) apply to the use of an All Citizens Gift Card, whether purchased in physical or digital form (a “Gift Card”). The purchase, redemption or use of a Gift Card constitutes acceptance of the All Citizens Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and these Gift Card Terms.
Purchase, redemption and use. Promotional offers and discounts may not be applied towards the purchase of Gift Cards. Gift Cards can be used for purchases made at ca.AllCitizens.com. To redeem, log into or create an account at ca.AllCitizens.com. Gift Cards may not be applied to previous purchases.
No fees or expiration. No fees apply to Gift Cards and they do not expire.
Non-refundable; non-transferable; not for resale. Gift Cards are non-refundable, may not be transferred once redeemed, and may not be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. Resale of Gift Cards is strictly prohibited.
Lost, damaged or stolen cards. Lost, damaged or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded. All Citizens shall not have liability to you for any Gift Card that is lost, damaged, or stolen, or used without your permission. You are solely responsible for keeping the password for your ca.AllCitizens.com account safe.
Privacy policy. Personal information provided in connection with the purchase, redemption or use of a Gift Card will be governed by the All Citizens Privacy Policy.
Not for promotional use. Gift Cards may not be used in connection with any marketing, advertising or other promotional activities without All Citizens’s written consent. Use of All Citizens's name, logo, trade dress or trademarks (or those of any of its affiliates) in connection with the purchase, redemption or use of a Gift Card, or use of a Gift Card in any manner that states or implies that any person, website, business, product or service is endorsed or sponsored by, or otherwise affiliated with, All Citizens or any of its affiliates, is strictly prohibited.
Compliance with laws; indemnification. By purchasing, redeeming or using a Gift Card, you certify and represent to All Citizens that the activities in connection with which the Gift Cards will be used will comply with these Gift Card Terms and all applicable laws, rules and regulations, and that the Gift Cards will not be used in any manner that is misleading, deceptive, unfair or otherwise harmful to consumers or All Citizens or its affiliates. In addition, you agree to defend and indemnify All Citizens, LLC. and its affiliates from and against any claims, expenses or liabilities made against or incurred by any of them in connection with your use of the Gift Cards or violation of any of these Gift Card Terms.
Issuer; governing law. Gift Cards are issued by All Citizens, LLC (the “Issuer”). The balance on any Gift Card is solely the liability of the Issuer. When you purchase, redeem or use a Gift Card, you agree that the laws of the State of New York shall govern these Terms, without regard to principles of conflict of laws.
Updates. These Gift Card Terms were last updated on April 17, 2018. We reserve the right to change these Gift Card Terms at any time. We recommend that you check these Gift Card Terms periodically for updates.

Intimate items such as underwear and socks cannot be resold once worn due to hygiene and health code policies. Because of this, we can only process a refund for 1 pair of underwear and socks that have been taken out of their packaging only if you order 1 pair. But don't worry, we have a very accurate fit guide that usually gets it right the first time. When ordering 2 or more pairs, neither gets a free return or exchange.
